Duties: Home Health & Public Health Nursing duties

Required qualifications: current IA RN license, good driving record and reliable transportation, desire to serve and care for vulnerable populations in their home, ability to work in an autonomous environment, excellent nursing assessment and technical skills, strong computer skills for electronic charting.

Preferred Qualifications but not required: Previous home health and/or public health experience, familiarity with CMS’ Conditions of Participation and OASIS.
